This tutorial is pretty simple, it just runs through the quick procedure of making "bendywirecasethings" like in this [link] ....yes i don't know thier real name :roll: i suppose this technique could be used for alot of different things, and i'd love to see any stuff you produce with it.. Sorry i couldn't include the vray settings, studio setup and all.. but they are pretty stock standard..

I was hoping to see what you did with the material on this piece. It looks sooo realistic but thats just the light and material being used. You got any pointers, Cause I can't create realistic steel like that.

(vraymaterial)

black diffuse, white reflect, set the refl.glossiness to .6-.8, .1 or .2 anistropy
